Bookmarks

• 9 Bookmarks (PDF files), with short motivational text about staying in the present on each.
• Recommended print size is 2x6 inch.
• Everything is made with vectors in the pdf. Hence it can be scaled up or scaled down. No pixelated images.

• CMYK variant available, but RGB version is recommended for print.

I also extracted 3800x11400px pngs of the bookmarks to make lockscreen wallpapers, that's also included in this pack. The bookmarks were sort of phone sized afterall.

Handbook

• PDF file of 20 pages (but actually only around 10 pages of content).
• Short messages about staying in the moment weren't enough. A structured handbook should be of more assistance, hopefully.
• What would this help with? Specifically with not staying in the future or the past. That is a quick way to find peace and happiness.

Flashcards

• 14 Flashcards (PDF files) with different quotes by famous people about staying in the present moment.
• Recommended print size is 3.5x3.5 inch, but any size is fine as long as it's a square shape.
• As with everything here, this is all made with vectors, which are in the pdf. Hence it can be scaled up or scaled down. Nothing should get pixelated.
